    It is not required to be present with our team when they are working. HOWEVER, it is recommended to guide our team on how you want certain tasks to be done in special situations/rooms.

  • What payments are accepted?

    We accept Cash, Zelle, CashApp, and personal checks*. (Business checks are only applicable if you registered with us as a Business.)

  • Something was damaged during their service, how can I file a claim?

    We take safety and service integrity VERY seriously. Please contact us via email or phone numbers to begin a claim.

  • Do I need to provide supplies for the team to work on my home?

    Our teams come with their own cleaning supplies that suit MOST homes. However, if there is a special situation/room, do notify the team before beginning work and during the home viewing process.

  • Can I have cleaning done on my home on a regular basis, like twice a month?

    Yes. We offer personalized subscriptions that can fit your schedule. You may contact us and we will help you set up a subscription plan for your cleaning needs.

  • Are you open during the national holidays?

    Yes! We are open, but spots are limited and not guaranteed.
